I ordered a mug from here the other week as a gift for my driving instructor, the mug was a great gift and exactly as described, unfortunately my mug was broken during transit by the delivery company, as soon as I contacted Jess to make her aware, she replied super quick to let me know she would get another one sent out and apologised for the incident (not at all her fault as it was wrapped well) Jess then went above and beyond and hand delivered my mug to my house to avoid the wait over the bank holiday.
