How to place your order with personalisation 

• Choose your design and pay for it
• Send us a message on the bottom right of our page or email us on laserguidedgifts@gmail.com.
• Add your order number to the top of the message/email. Tell us what personalisation you want engraving and any other questions. 
• We will send a confirmation back.

Its that simple, any pre designed options come with the example wording and or date, if you'd like more words than shown please order custom design in options.

Once a design has been requested we will send you a preview of the designed ticket within 48 hrs. Please keep an eye on your etsy messages as you'll need to approve the design, before printing will commence. This is where you can make changes to the design if needed. Please kindly respond within 24 hrs to this message to avoid delays in shipping.

If we don't hear from you within 24hrs, your order will be printed, and further changes cannot be accommodated.

The personalised event ticket will be delivered with an envelope ready for you to seal and surprise your loved one with on that special day.
